How to say "I just realized, long time no see" in Japanese?
I know "hisashiburi...", but not sure how to say "realized". My Japanese is kind of all over the place atm.

Your English is all over the place too. 'Long time no see' is not even proper English.

'Long time no see' is pidgin English, meaning "I haven't seen [you] for a long time".;
The essential meaning is presumably easy to translate, but I have no idea how you would convey the flavour of the pidgin phrase in a foreign language.
