welllllllllll . I was pretty good at it in the Navy............didn't care for it, but I knew what had to be done and was good at it...........but here in Italy................My God..........the bureauracy is STAGGERING. So many useless papers and procedures, and ya need a stamp for this, and notorize that, and get 3 signatures on the SAME page...... Initial, here , here and here........plus a professional sized passport photo, stamped and notorized.......
it's even worse than you see in the comedic movies, with the guy with a RACK of like 100 rubber stampers, and god forbid you stamp the paper with the wrong one, then you have to start all over again.

yep 90% of the papers I fill out are useless crap for tossers and bean counters to toss over they just waste my time. They achieve nothing else in reality.
