I have a iPhone XR and am trying to pair it with wireless headphones. However, the connection doesn t work. What s going on?

    Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and read the pairing instruction in the Owners Manual for your headphones. It's usually holding a button down or sliding a switch to a "pairing" position. Your phone might ask you to confirm the pairing request.

    Do you have the Bluetooth on, go on your settings and click Bluetooth right under wifi and see if the name of the wireless headphones come up and click it to pair also read the directions to Mabey see if there’s anything you have to click on the headphones its self
