Will the police take any action over the Dukes not wearing a seat belt, which has been caught on camera and is very obvious.?

Make him do community service, I would love to see him litter picking in his Hi- viz.

Probably not, unless a big reaction comes from the public.

The police have spoken to him, if he has any sense he will put his seatbelt on in the future.

He is exempt from wearing a seat belt.

He was on private land when the picture of him not wearing a seat belt was taken, no seat belt is required unless on the public road. The papers put in the headline that he wasn't wearing a seat belt and then in smaller print further down they admit he didn't need to wear it on private land. If he didn't crash a couple of days before then they wouldn't have bothered taking the photo.

The royals think themselves above the law. Why anyone would see them as worthy of adulation is beyond me.

No, these sort of people get off penalties.

Because prior to 1985, most US states did not have seat belt laws. In fact, prior to 1968, many cars were not even equipped with seat belts.

Be quiet! No one is supposed to have noticed that!

You think we can predict that better than you can? Interesting...
