The US President.

A prime minister is the head of an elected government but in the case of the United States, we call the head of the elected government the President. The United States current President is Donald Trump.

Unlike other Federal Republics, the USA doesn't have a separate Head of Government and Head of State - they have one person who holds both posts, in this case a President.

The current president of the United States is Donald Trump.
The previous one was Barrack Obama.
The next one is undecided. Though I really hope it isn't Nancy Pelosi.
I'm not a big fan of Trump and Obama was alright, but Nancy Pelosi will be a disaster. And 'disaster' would be putting it lightly.
