If you use a Mobile Device thats why Phones have Problems with Apostrophes for some reason Versus the Computer there are no Problems

It's in the behind-the-scenes programming and is rarely an issue if you're using a computer (or desktop mode). A lot of sites don't handle "special characters" well, especially when coming from a mobile device. It takes additional programming to display them correctly because they come across differently when using a mobile device (much like someone speaking your language but with a really odd accent).

That is been around for years and occurs mostly with mobiles. It is a problem with the translation from phone code to computer server code.

When you submit a question it seems to have an error with the code and it replaces the apostrophes with a line of code instead of just the line. Probably something simple to fix but it rarely appears and generally will only be seen if you are appealing something
