What is the most difficult recipe you have ever attempted? Name up to three please.?

My parents had me cooking dinner when I was 10 years old. This gave me the confidence to have a go at souffles, sponges, puff pastry etc.

None. If I have the recipe, I just follow it.

I have made up my own recipes. Like, I'd cook beef all day in slow cooker, then add mushrooms & brown gravy, serve over rice. Add a salad & spiced apple rings. That's what I'd usually serve at dinner parties.

Now, we have people over for outside get togethers. Just serve the usual, hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, fruit pizza, baked beans, corn on the cob.

I do love Fondue! But my husband doesn't, so waiting for him to take dogs camping so I can have some girlfriends over for Fondue. I guess that'll be hard. No such thing as cream of shrimp soup any more. Have to improvise. But that's not really hard. LOL Or, making up sauces for the beef. I always forget what I did last time. LOL

My aunt had a recipe for what we called California Stroganoff, and I made that once. It turned out surprisingly well, considering how inept I am in the kitchen. Tasted just like I remembered it. It's not what someone like you would call complicated, but it was for me. Give it a try, here's the recipe. Serve over rice.
