o'm looking for the name of a romance movie..?

Forgive me if some details are fasle.. in the trailer of the movie a girls brother is in a accident and falls into a coma, but he leaves behind a book or voice reorder of all the places he has been and she tracks down this musician and gets him to play the song he last heard before his accident by his bed side in hoipes it will wake him up...
