Dysfunction in site?

For quite some time, while I'm in "Auto Maintenance", after giving an answer, when I click "next" it goes instead to the same "mental health" section that hasn't changed for many months instead of staying in "auto maintenance". Is this just my account, or is anyone else getting this? How to fix it?

    I have had trouble with Y!A being flaky once in a while but have not had anything reproducible. However, I have not used "next" in ages. EDIT - I just tried it and mine works normally. I am using Chrome in Windows 7.

    Yahoo Answer has issues all the time. I routinely get a 'No answers match your criteria' message, despite the fact my criteria is EVERYTHING.
