A guy breaks his promise, what should I do?
Hey guys,
So I was talking to a guy friend of mine and he said that he was couldn't use his phone for the next day as he didn't have service. Then he promised that he'd talk to me on a certain day but he never did.
Do you think he forgot?
Should I say anything?
If so, what should I say?
Sorry I should have clarified, this is just a friend of mine, I do not think of him as anything apart from that.

Is he a guy friend or a guy you would like to have a relationship with? If he is a friend, then there might be a reason and you can openly ask him. If he is a guy you would like to have a relationship with, then maybe he is just not that into you. Do not say that you were waiting for his call. It would come out desperate if he is a guy you want a relationship with.
