do files deleted from the recycle bin actually get deleted from the hard drive?
if a 4gb video file is deleted from recycle bin what part of that file is deleted and what if any remains? not looking to recover but to actually completely delete.

nothing get "deleted" it just gets broken up and small arts spred up all around the hard drive then when you install new stuff it can take up some of the bit that got spread around when you deleted it
