why aren't the police shooting the rioters in BaltimoreThey are destroying the place and the National gyard will not arrive till tomorrow.?

Well police really aren't supposed to taze or pepper spray anyone unless the person is too violent to be restrained by other means, They aren't allowed to shoot anyone unles they are a deadly threat! Breaking these rules seems to be what has gotten Baltimore in this mess in the first place

Because theres a standard step guildline that cops follow to deal with rioters. And shooting them is not the first step on that list.

Mustn't bring the full force of the Law to bear on the blacks,they're special.

They can't shoot rioters unless the rioters are threatening the cops in a lethal way and they are not.
