Looking for a certain type of pillow?

I need to buy myself a new pillow, and I'm looking for a certain type.

I want one that's fairly firm, as well as quite flat and thin (ideally no more than bout 3 inches thick).

I also need to be able to buy it in the UK.

Can anyone recommend anything?

A 3 inch thick pillow that's flat and firm? Only memory foam can provide this.

Feather pillows can be flat and firm (feather, not down). There are also the buckwheat husk pillows which are available in the UK:
