sick questions why does Yahoo alow sick questions like this and many others? But not allow us to say so?

Yahoo seems to be 'allowing' Many sick & vulgar accounts as well as Q&A's to stay on the site as of late. It's All speculation, but since even those of us that report said activity frequently are Not seeing it drop - we are left to believe that No one is working the system, Everyone quit, and/or the overload of 'purple change' has malfunctioned the whole site's CG/ToS system.

I'll include what I'd do under 'normal circumstances' just in case you've Never reported such things. It's what I/others do often yet Sadly, at the moment - Nothing is dropping. So I'll wish you luck in advance -

Take said user's profile link & Any incriminating evidence links that you have and place them in a message to the team. Title it 'Death Wish/Wanting to Harm' and send it in to the email below.

That question is to elicit your exact response disgust . to it The questioner achieved his purpose . Attention . If you give a response You gave him what he wanted .. you have Choice . give him attention . or report it as "OFFENSIVE" to you or .. Call out the questioner on his question Its like the Bully he only gets something out of his behavior if he gets a response from his target or Victim ..You can be a victim or walk away with no response ending the reward cycle . Please do not think these people say the truth , they make stuff up to see your answers to them its fun . thank you for your question

If you and five other users reported that post, it would be quickly gone. So it looks like it was not considered by others as "sick". Yahoo does not have a thousand staff to moderate the site and rely on its users to moderate.

Yahoo Answers does not employ moderators who review every question before it is posted. Y!A is community moderated which means that any and all users are expected to report questions that they believe to be violating the Community Guidelines.

Do not respond to questions such as this. Click the flag to the right of the question and report it.

The reporter trolls are too busy nit-picking looking for minor mistakes in answers and questions. Leaves no time for them to actually report those sick questions.
