Parents and thier childrens problems?

Do you often wonder where the parents are of teenagers are who ask so many questions here on answers, when perhaps they should be asking their parents or their Doctor. When they have a problem. Or is it there parents are to busy doing their own thing?

Update:

Sorry I am asking , "that it is the teenager who is asking the questions not the parent?"

I apoligise for that

Update 2:

Sorry that did not come out very well .

I am trying to say

" it is the teenagers who are asking the questions, not the parent's"

I apologies for that

Some kids are too embarrassed to ask their parents personal questions. And some are afraid they'll get in trouble if they talk to their parents about sex, dating, drugs, alcohol, etc. So they ask here. I do agree with Terry that a lot of the questions here are fake. Kids (and adults) are just curious about other people's opinions, so they make up scenarios to see what type of answers they'll get. And some are just trolls who think it's fun to ask outrageous questions and watch the reactions.

My perception is most are ages 13 and up mostly boys . who's parents do not monitor their internet use . they ask sexually provocative questions are obsessed with their penis size . then in R/S are agitators with a christian back ground ages about 14 who have a sense of power and superiority that reflects that they have been taught that they are doing some cause for their religion to devalue . insult and degrade others . in regard to homosexuality and atheism. who are labeled Trolls . its how they get their kicks .they are most likely the bully's at school who think they are superior looking for a emotional response most parents don't ask questions here

Most of them are trolls. I've been on here 8yrs and it is easy to spot the real ones from the fake ones. Most parents I know personally would not come to Yahoo Answers for parenting advice. They speak to friends on Facebook, text a friend, talk to family members and so on.

Source(s): mother of 3 teens. I've never asked a parenting question on here.
