According to the manual, the only input/output you have is mic input on the front panel, and speaker out on the back. On page 61 of the manual, they describe how to connect to a TNC, so that is the same basis as connecting to any soundcard. However, speaker output is usually very high level for any soundcard, you will have to build an attenuator to reduce the voltage levels of the audio out.
