I suppose it depends on how you prepare each dish. I like my lasagne heavy on the sauce, ground sausage and ricotta (and served with crusty garlic break and a nice Pinot Noir), so in my case the seafood risotto is probably the healthier option, but not the better one!

Neither are especially healthy. Lasagna is usually loaded with cheese and meat. Seafood risotto often has a heavy cream sauce. If you can make it without the heavy sauce so it's just seafood, pasta or rice, and spices that would be best.
