How to stay awake while studying?

When I start studying, I become really drowsy and can't concentrate - even if I just drank a coffee. Since its exam week this week, I can't get more sleep. Can anyone suggest anything to make me more awake, motivated and able to concentrate (without using caffeine or snacking). Thanks!

If u cant consentrete, it's because you can't get enough sleep. Sleep is most important! Try to be oraganized and plan how you are going to study and when you are. If you have free time in the day, do some study. U can do it in lunch, in a car or vechiles if u don't get car sick or whenever u have free time do it! Don't wait till 1:00 am in the morning, u r not going to remember what u r studying and all that staying up is a waste of time.

Many reasons for your sleepiness. First, you're not interested in your studying, if so, you need to develop your learning interest; Second, way be your biological clock, you are suitable of studying at night, then you need to take full advantage of yourself the best time to learn; Last, you may sleep too late at night, it is not good, you must assure yourself sufficient sleep.
