School lunch ideas?

What are some quick school lunch ideas that you can take to school when it is really hot (i.e. around 30 degrees Celsius). Nothing that can go bad, so not chicken or cheese or anything.

    I always bring some type of sandwich or bagel to school. And then I will buy snacks in school. Sometimes apple slices, or little cans of cereal. Or even french fries. The only time I buy is when there are hamburgers and pizza

    Peanut Butter and Jelly. Beef Jerky. Most foods though, need to be cold. You can get a lunch bag cooler and an ice pack.
