How to stay motivated to stay up late studying?

Does anyone have any tips that will help me stay awake to study? Caffeine doesn't really help anymore. Exams are approaching, so I need extra energy to get all my study done. Any tips? Thanks!

Lots of fruit. Your brain cannot function without glucose. And keep the fluids up; water, or coconut water.

Remember that every grade you get counts. You could generally do it two ways, depending on how your tests are given. Either study a bit (like 30 min for each class every day) or a lot 2 days/ 1 day before tests (like 2-3 or 4-5 hours depending on the subject). Also, it's really important to listen VERY carefully in class. Most of the time, teachers already talk about everything on tests so if you listen carefully, you can just remember and not have to study that much. This probably won't work but for me personally, I've learned to get very mad/upset at myself when I get a bad grade on a test. So, in order not to get that, I just motivate myself by studying a lot. When you study, take 10 minute breaks every once in a while so you don't get over frustrated. Excercising or watching tv, reading can make a big difference if you're really tired of school. Although it may be hard, but learn to like to study. Then you'll be really motivated. Hope this helps!--At least it worked for me!

The best option would be to budget your time and get enough sleep. Research has shown students do much better on exams when they have had adequate sleep. In college, I pulled all-nighters and I know from experience studying during the day and actually getting some sleep at night is a much better approach to exams than the alternative.

Take breaks every so often. Get energy drinks and don't ever sit in a position where you might be able to sleep.

Unless the exam is tomorrow and you've done no revision, it might be best to do decent amounts every day rather than all on one night

If your self motivated you don't require any sorts of stuffs to make you awake to study. Have a healthy diet and so some regular exercise and make some short term goal, self desire and wiliness to achieve some thing will never make you sleep.

    All best for your future.
