What is this building? The one with the columns. It is in Chester, and I took the photo from the Roman wall, near the river Dee.?

Update:

No, wrong side of the river, it is very close to Queens park, and there is a sports ground next to it. Thanks anyway.

Plot where you took the photo on googlemaps satellite view and then use streetview to walk the area. Looks to me as though it could be a modern pastiche. Too many columns, no carvings at the the top, the grey blocks cut into it, and that looks like a vent pipe of some sort through the roof.

Grosvenor Musuem looks a bit like that, but I'm not sure, I've only ever seen it from the other side.

UPDATE: wrong, I mean the Cheshire Military Musuem, not the Grosvenor

  • No answer that looks even close, it may be a school from the look of it on Google, or some government building.
