Yes, I think its very pretty! Though I do prefer the spelling Jillian as others have mentioned, it looks more appealing and the spelling Jill is much more flattering than Gill, which some people mistake for a hard G sound- as in the boys name "Gil/Gill".

If you're planning on the nickname "Gill" I prefer the J spelling, Jill (Jillian). Gill doesn't looks good in my opinion. But if you¡re going to use the full name, Gillian is ok.
