I know it is somewhere near the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey, but can't find it on Google.

Westminster Cathedral, London's Catholic cathedral.  Walk down Victoria Street from Westminster Abbey and it's just before the other end of the road on the left, very close to Victoria Station.
