I Cant go to gym for 1-3 months, please help!?

im a gym addict, ive been going for 2 years now and this is the story: please read ill try make short as possible.

I had a sinus infection in my ear, it popped up out of the blue and i had to go hospital and get the infection removed, they basically cut it open (its still cut open) and drained it and im on medication and i cant go to gym. now thats not the problem, ill have to have surgery. and hospitals are the worst, they make u wait so longgggg. The specialist told me itll take about 3 months. now i cant go to gym even tho its not infected anymore. but theres a cut in my ear. any form of pressure is not good.

Ive had the same problem with my other ear, but it was just a sinus surgery, no infections. i was out for a month and when i went back to gym, it was horrible, i felt weak as ****. this time is gonna be longer than 1 month.

What do i do to maintain my body and to try and lose as less strength and size as possible??

hopefully the wait time is no longer than a month. please help.

Did your doctor say you could work out ? If he said yes then try these:

Buy a 20kg barbell and some plates and a bench

    Do..

    - bicep curls

    - bench press

    - shrugs

    - shoulder press

    - deadlifts

    - squars

    -close grip bench

    - skull crushers

See^^ thats pretty much all you need...

But if moneys a problem then just do loads of press up, some close, some wide, some normal, some incline, some decline, some quick, some slow, some one and 1/4 reps! Play around with them! But make sue you dont do all of these at once cuz your body will get used to doing them all and youll hit a platue (cant spell) haha!

Then grap random objects and do exercises with them!

Do pull ups and wide pull ups?

But you need to make sure you eat like mad!!!!!!! Loads of protein and do a massive carb load up!

I would've asked your doctor about that. I mean, I want to go into pre-med but I'm afraid that's something not many people can help you with. Ask your doctor. That's your best and safest bet. If he/she said that you can't go to the gym, then ask if there are any at-home workouts that you can do.
