What do you think of the new rule changes for this coming season?
Zero tackle for 20m restart when a team deliberately kicks the ball dead
40/20 redstarts to be a tap not a scrum
If the ball is kicked out on the full no matter the tackle count, mnon kicking side restarts with a tap
During the last five minutes of the game, the clock will stop from when the goal attempt is completed until the restart.
Captain can only question the ref when a try is scored, play stopped for an injury or a caution and as players leave the field.
Time limit on goal kicking 80 seconds and club fined if over 100 seconds.

1- Good.
2. Good too but could've just got rid of scrum all together or allow players to push like union
3.Good.
4. Agreed with Randomness, it should be done all game not just final mins
5. It's good, would reduce players constantly nagging the refs.
6. I suppose better than nothing but either stop the clock all together or if it takes more than 80 secs then they lose the opportunity to kick it.
My:
when will NRL do something about Player's off field behaviour? just too much and what was Mr. Green said the door is still open for (Knight's player who sentenced to prison) why would you want such players back when you can have better players.

I like the first 3
4th one should be done all game, not just "in the final x minutes"
5th one sounds like refs trying to exert more control. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, depending on the way it's implemented
The last one is just stupid. They should just stop the clock altogether, then you don't have to worry about time-wasting.
