Like if someone yells at me or criticizes me, I'll start mumbling crap that doesn't even make any sense just to let go of the rage inside of me...

If people are yelling at you then they want a response, and you're giving them one. Does that make you feel angry?

It's okay. I'm immature and I'm 18 too. I know were are now consider adults at this age, but we are really stuck between being a kid and an adult. Don't be so hard on yourself. As we start to experience life some more, we'll just naturally get into the drift of things.

I believe it's because you don't know how to accept criticism. it is ok that you can't. I can't either. And it's not immature to behave that way.
