Could I be pregnant or are these side effects of the depo shot?

I got my first depo injection on Oct 24 and took out my nuva ring on Nov 4. Ever since I've taken out the nuva ring I haven't had a period which I know is common on depo. However, ever since I took out nuva ring I've been having a clearish discharge, so much that I have to wear a panty liner everyday. Also, I have this tightening feeling in my lower abdomen. It's more uncomfortable when I'm on my stomach. Occasionally I will get a pain in my lower abdomen and lower back. My mood has also been all over the place but I know this can be related to the depo shot.

My boyfriend and I have been together since Oct 5, I see him about once a week since he lives an hour away. We have sex at least 2 times every visit and each time is used without condoms.

Should I take a pregnancy test to be safe?!?

I think it is most likely your body's reaction to the fluctuating hormone levels. Take a pregnancy test to ease your mind, but I really don't think you are pregnant.
