how do i recover my old runescape account back?

i had an account, i made it before 2010, i think like 2007. im trying to recover it, but it keeps asking for my email, i didnt use an email to make the account. how do i recover it like in the old days where you make an appeal?

Go to this site: http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/Account_Help

Scroll down, look for a huge white text that says "2. I can't get into my account." Click on that. Click on option A. After that click on option ii. At the right, a set of instructions will appear. Just follow it.
