Hoping H will see this.?

To H.. who has just put about hating the new format.

If so... then... this is the answer I put before you deleted the question, or had it deleted.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I put this question up the other day and got the answers that nobody else seemed to have it.

The one good thing is that you can put pics up... but the rest is crap.

I've now managed to save both types of page.. so let's see if I can do the same for you.

I got into the old format when someone sent me a link to one of the pages, and then I kept it in favourites. I can now get into either format like this... see if you can... if you email me then I'll try and send a link, or try clicking into this and then saving and you should be able to get into it in future.

Update:

In case you come back to this H. One thing I am finding is that if I click back into the old system, the questions are not always totally up to date.

I did as suggested below and put a comment about the new look page by following the 'about' page.

Thank you so much. I appreciate it. Just tried it. I'm on it now. Thanks again.

I have been on this now for several hours. It would not let me copy the link or email you. It wont paste the link anywhere and I don't have the option to save the link. So I am afraid to turn off my computer. I guess I'll just have to leave it on this page 24/7. I really do appreciate you posting that link. I bet some time in the future, this one will change too. We may all have to move over to Yahoo Singapore or Yahoo Argentina sometime in the future but seriously, I had decided not to use this site any longer because of the changes. You listing that link has kept me on here. Thanks again.

I hope everyone complains about it, I did. In the "About" part of answers, you can comment. Yesterday I got around the new format by going to YA Canada, but today I found if I used a different browser, I was able to get the old format.

@ Marianne, I'm in the US.

Thank you so much for putting the link here. I totally dislike the new format. It only allows you 1000 characters to answer people's questions. Sometimes you need more space to answer. Have a great day!!

well, I have no idea what you are talking about :0)

My format is unchanged - frankly, getting rid of the tacky neon green header would be a welcome surprise and I can only hope.

I'm reading in the paper's here that Yahoo hired a new CEO - a woman - and she is charged with reviving the place (YAHOO in its entirety - not just YA) so I guess what you are seeing is the efforts of her investment. I take it the format sucks - I"m guessing they are now more profit motivated (I did notice a LOT more on line ads in recent months)

Maybe UK is a pilot because in Canada - its as clear as mud.

Thank you for that, I hope as many people as possible pick this up.

I totally object to the new format.

Thank you so much, this helped me too! Lol This new format really does suck. I really hope they decide against keeping it! I didn't see anything wrong with the old one. Lol
