My volleyball jersey is too short?
I got the same size as last year and it was practically a dress and I grew 2 inches but now, when I raise my arms (like to set) my stomach can show. I don't know what happened! I tuck it in in the front and back but I am really self conscious of it! It's too late to get a different jersey because we have already had one game and the coach put our number online. The home jersey is worse than the away, but it's still bad. I don't know if there is anything I can do? Another girl has the same problem and she got a medium and we are the same height. There are only 9 more times I have to wear the home uniform, but 11 more times I have to wear the away uniform.

The high school volleyball rules stipulate that the bottom of the uniform top must either hang below the waist of the uniform shorts/tights or be tucked into the waistband so that no midriff is bared when a player is standing upright. It sounds like the uniform top is in compliance when you are standing upright but not when you raise your arms but the rules do not say anything about the uniform being an illegal length in any situation except standing upright. If you do wear an undergarment under the uniform top, it has to be unadorned and a similar color to the predominant color of the uniform top. Other than swapping for a larger uniform with one of your teammates, there may not be anything else you can do.
