Just as well for them that there'll always be a top-notch English Premier League team known as Manchester United to set the pace for others to follow ....

Yes that is definitely the case with Tottenham, the two games they have against Arsenal is like their champions league final. Without Arsenal spurs would be a unnoticeable premier team.
