Balinese/Indonesian food.?
I'm going to Bali (second time there, first time was in 2005) and I really want to try a lot of food since the first time I went I was a little close-minded and stuck to western type foods. Please give me suggestions~ I've already had Nasi Goreng & Mie Goreng, which I still love.

Go to Warung Made. IT IS A MUST!!!
Other Indonesian food you can try to find:
- Rendang (Spicy Indonesian Curry)
- Opor (Coconut ChickenAMAZING)
- Ayam Ketchup (Chicken)
- Nasi Goreng
- Ayam Suharti
- Abon Sapi (Flossed Beef, its like Cotton Candy but beef flavored!)
- Soto Ayam

Balinese has it's own traditional food like Nasi bubuh,ayam betutu,rujak bali. You can enjoys others at villages at Bali. Like Rujak Bali has it's own unique because it uses Petis to make it. I got from www.reseptahupetis.tk
