Is Obamacare Rationing Beginning already?

GAO: HHS Already Rationing Enrollment in Obamacare’s Pre-Existing Condition Plan

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/gao-hhs-already-ra...

"Health and Human Services Department (HHS) has stopped enrolling any new people in the program, according to an audit by the General Accountability Office (GAO)."

"“Finally, due to growing concerns about the rate of PCIP [Pre-existing Condition Insurance Program] spending, in February 2013, CCIIO [under HHS] suspended PCIP enrollment to ensure the appropriated funding would be sufficient to cover claims for current enrollees through the end of the program,” states the GAO report,"

ah yes, cns news, the wikipedia of the 4th estate. 25 million uninsured, and you worry that 100,000 might not get full benefits for the next 6 months, or 10,000 might not get enrolled. the entire program becomes obsolete as soon as states set up exchanges or did you not read that.

truly a tempest in that cup of tea.

Is it not a form of rationing when insurance companies refuse to cover people with pre-existing conditions?

It is like watching a slow motion train wreck.

Everyone knew the wreck was coming and not it begins.

    It's going to get ugly.
