i train chest once a week, but im afraid that if i train lower chest, its gonna look saggy. and like it'll go down a bit if you know what i mean. i dont have problems with training lower chest im just concerned about how its gonna look.
my chest routine is.
Flat bench dumbbell press
Incline barbell press
cable cross overs
Flyes superset with push ups.
so should i train lower chest or nah?

Nah sounds like your doing anough on ya chest and ya don't really have to train ya lower chest aslong as ya training ya upper chest
