How will my nutrient absorption be if I eat raw noodles instead of cooking them?
Barilla PLUS: This pasta is high in protein with 1/7th of the box or a 56g serving containing:
10g of protein
15% iron dv
35% Thiamin dv
15% Riboflavin dv
15% Niacin dv
40% Folate dv
So... I think this pasta is great for me to be eating as I begin body building and I want to blend it (coffee grinder) with some dried lentils.
Hense my question: What amount of the nutrition will my body be able to absorb if I eat these noodles in powder form, along with powdered lentils in a shake?
Hope to hear back soon. Thanks!

The carbohydrates would be absorbed more slowly, the other nutrients would actually be slightly higher. The protein is in the form of gluten cause it's from the flour, not exactly the healthiest source of protein nor is it the protein you're looking for as a body builder. You'd be better off with powdered milk, most body builders use powdered whey ( protein powder ) which is pretty much the same thing as the powdered milk but lower quality sold to you at a higher price by the health stores.

Why don't you just cook and eat them? If you want something to put in a shake buy protein powder.
