I get chemo (vac) for 5 days then 2 weeks off. is there anything i can do in the 2 weeks off to help?

im worried about it growing back in the time off because i feel the same pressure on my chest that i did at the start

Update:

im worried about the mold growing back in the kitchen. lol nope, cancer. i had the big tumour in my abdomen taken out but they couldnt take all of it

yeah ok. im getting rad as well. i just want to do more :D

    During your 2 weeks off, eat as well as you are able,

    Do any recomended physiotherapy.

    Chance to catch up on reading/study for school.

    Try and find time to catch up with some friends.

    Your body needs time to recover from each batch of chemo and it will keep working over that time.

    It took about 2 years after I finished chemo before I felt like it was all out of my system (mozzies started biting again)

    You use those 2 weeks to recover from your 5 days of chemo.
