ideas for a 15 minute movie?

Ive got a project in Media class and that is to make a short film (8-15 minutes). all i need is some ideas. i want something that will get me a really good mark. some story that will involve different camera shots (close up, extreme close up etc). wouldnt mind something action. not much of comedy, i cant really think of jokes and such. and probably not horror. action or something will be fine.

perhaps a secret intelligent movie? like The Bourne ultimatim. but remember its gotta be 8-15 minutes. so the story has to be changed. thank you. any comment will be helpful. as im taking ideas to write in my visual diary. THANKS GUYS!

short films dont need a back drop.

so why dont you start filming when the main actor is fixing his/her tie in a bathroom. use crappy lighting. leave house walk down the street(roll credits) have him get on a bus. zoom the cam in behind where he is sitting, focus on a female a few rows back.
make her tie into the story at the end.

have him exit in a shady location, where he is over dressed compared to the surroundings. 
go follow him into a shady apartment. Put a cat in the hallway he is walking in.

knock on a door. Answered by a half naked female, she leads him to a room with a man sitting at a table. The man, beaten pretty good and bloody.main actor sits at the table, and does SOMETHING!

I think you should make a movie that is of you watching a TV show. And thats it. You can say that it is a critique of the state of entertainment media, notably on the utter intellectual departure that is "reality TV."

Virtually no effort on your part, and it would likely gain approval from anyone who would run a media class. They can't say its not creative, thats for sure. And in general, taking risks gets you better marks anyway.

Creative mediums are fun like that.

you 3 are walking and also you note a dollar, each person fights over it until eventually finally a mysterious letter flys from nowhere and says "you shall compete in 3 annoying circumstances. you are able to get up with the irritating circumstances and that could favor to be somewhat over 5 minutes lengthy
