Nice cities between Mendoza and Buenos Aires?

I am planning on taking a bus from Mendoza to Buenos Aires and I am thinking of stopping in one or two cities along the way. What cities/places should I consider? I am willing to alter my route slightly. I enjoy beautiful landscape, wildlife and some adventure, and I will be there either June or July. Thanks!!

    There are a lot of pretty nice cities like:

    - Rosario in Santa Fe

    - Río Cuarto in Córdoba

    - Venado Tuerto in Santa Fe

    - Junín in Buenos Aires

    - Pergamino in Buenos Aires

    - San Luis City in San Luis

    - Mercedes in San Luis

    - Gualeguay in Entre Ríos

    You can look up for these cities on Google and then you decide which visit but I've been to those cities and they're wonderful. <3
