i need to explain the importance of a skills audit and training plan when considering personal training and development. how do they contribute towards achieving your personal goals

list all qualities ie patient &understanding strengths ie wot you are good at dont be modest add references qualifications if you have any areas which you think could be improved with training mention that too good luck
