Do Ipad 3 hard cases fit the 4th Gen Ipad?

I plan on getting a custom hard case for my Ipad, but it seems that I can only find Ipad 3 custom cases, so my question is, will a 3rd Gen hard case fit the 4th Gen?

    Yep, the only differences between the 2 is that the 4th has a smaller charging port, but it'll definitely be accessible from the 3rd gen iPad's cover since it was much larger.

    An iPad3 case would do the job just fine. iPad3 and 4 are of the exact dimensions, though iPad4 just a tad heavier.
