Are there any fast food outlets in Israel ?
Does Israel have "Maccas" or any other cheap fast food outlets ?

Yes, but fast food in Israel is more falafel or shwarma on a pita. Burger Ranch is Kosher and when you finish your burger, you feel great. Mikey D's is not and you won't.

Israel has various fast food joints here and there.
To add to Arieh's comment - some McDonald's are Kosher, but only select ones. I went to one in Be'ersheva, for example, and had to buy my McFlurry separately from my Chicken Selects.
