    Download the .zip file first:

    http://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_43.zip?0WHmWIVHdQ

    Then unzip this file.

Then place the .dll file in your system folder.

IMPORTANT: If you have a 32-bit Windows Operating system, place the .dll file in: C:\Windows\System32

But if you have a 64-bit Windows Operating system, place the .dll file in: C:\Windows\SysWOW64.

If you haven't got a clue what I'm talking about, just go to the windows folder in C, then place the .dll file in every folder that has the word "System" or "Sys" in it.
