myob homework assignment?
I have to do a few things in MYOB, but I can't seem to get anything to work properly.
One of the first things I need to do is to change the financial year, but with the file I've been supplied with from my business course, it's 2009 & it won't let me type in 2013, as it says I can't go more than 12 months ahead. I was advised by a teacher to update it to 2010, then keep repeating the process until I get to 2013. I'm still stick on 2010 and it refuses to accept anything else.
I've also got to include Tax Adjustment Notes and they don't seem to work within the program either.
Anyone done a similar sort of assignment?

I am doing a assignment also with MYOB. I went to the web and downloaded Version 19 of MYOB. It takes about a hour to download. The good thing is you have a good sixty days to play with the software. All you have to do is to check the correct box.
When you begin the wizard asks you the details of the finacial year. Like when the year ends, how many periods are there and what month you want to begin.
I suggest you look at this and then I think your problems will be solved.
