I have this skirt from old Navy that looks like it's navy blue, but its really black. Theres tiny light blue flowers all over it and tiny white snowflake looking flowers all over it. What color shirt would look good? I can find a picture of it to show. It's a loose-fitting skirt. that has a small ruffle going around it. its see through so it has a black underskirt too. i have to wear it tomorrow. what color shirt?

You should wear a light blue tee/polo since the skirt has little blue flowers it would look really cute. But if you don't have a blue top just go for a white one it would also look cute if you would add some blue accessories!! Good luck:)
