Which glue should I use ?

Hi I live in Australia and I want to attach an external rear vision mirror to my year 2000 Holden Astra

The Original one blew off so I want to make sure this one doesn't do the same thing.

    afixed to the body?

usually those are screwed on. pilot holes are driiled and treated for corrosion. then a rubber gasket is used to prevent corrosion from seeping in. in N. America those types of mirror kits are found at most any auto parts store. don't know bout down under.

glue and epoxy's are subject to temperature changes. eventually they will fail. some last longer than others. but.......
