How would I find a MS Word file on my C drive with a keyword in the document?

I know Windows XP explorer will let me search for a file with a keyword in the file name.

Start > Search for Files or Folders
Search for: *.doc (for MS word 2003 and below)
Search for: *.docx (for MS word 2007 and above)

Search for: *.doc
Expand the search criteria to include search for a word within the file
