How to get photos removed from ex-friend profile?

I'm trying to figure out how I get photos removed from my ex - friends account when they are not answering my emails, etc (and have since blocked me completely) and never had my permission to put the photos of my young son on their profile in the first place.

Update:

That's the thing though, even before our friendship went sour, I never gave permission for her to put them up on her profile for both private & public viewing. I'm not an avid facebook user to begin with & I had asked her LAST year to remove them & was told by her late partner that they were removed & as far as I knew, they were. I've only recently found out that they're still on there, but under the public viewing & I"m worried my ex may come across them

I can no longer email her directly as it states in my previous messages to her I can't.

She also knows that I'm not in contact with my sons' father & I changed my surname on facebook so he wouldn't be able to find me & harass me on there. .

The fact that you allowed him/her to put those photos up before your friendship went wrong means you accepted that. But you can report him/her or the individual photos. I suggest instead of that you email that person and tell them that if they don't delete the photos themselves you will be reporting then and it is likely that as a result Facebook will delete the account. im sure the threat will solve the problem.

sorry but the photos have been uploaded and as they are privately owned they are not yours to have removed, unless the subject matter..the child, is put at risk by them being their or the photos can be considered offensive or illegal in content. The fact that you let them stay there previously is sort of permission. You could as facebook for their help in contacting user but unless there is a legal or terms and conditions reason for them to be removed there is little you could do.

Think of it as someone taking a snap on the street you happen to be in, you dont own that picture, the street is a public place.

So unless you can come up with a reason then they dont have to take them down, sorry you fell out.

If he meets somebody new he would not choose photos of an ex throughout his profile. yet, considering you 2 are nevertheless on sturdy words he did no longer sense the could delete you as a chum. i think of you're interpreting too a lot in to it.
