How do I correct the email address Yahoo sends to?

I sometimes answer questions on Yahoo Answers. When responding, Yahoo is sending notifications to an old email address that is about to be closed.

I can see no way to correct this - my profile shows my correct email. The only time I see the old address is if I click on my User Name - then I get into a continuous loop trying to edit my profile - which shows the correct email! Grrrrrr!

Any idea how I can contact Yahoo, or correct my email address? BTW, I'm in Australia, so I can't phone them.

Thanks, but that's what i was trying to say - Preferences does show my new correct email address. Yahoo still sends them to my old one, and I can see nowhere this is stored!

    You can change the email address that Yahoo sends emails to on your "About" Page. Go to My Activity > Edit My Preferences. http://au.answers.yahoo.com/my-activity/edit/about From here you can select or add a new email address.

    But be aware you cannot transfer your Answers account to a different Yahoo! ID. So if you delete the account associated with your original email address, you will have to start all over again on Answers.

    (edit)Sorry...in that case the site is glitching and it could be quite a while before Yahoo! gets around to fixing it. I've had parts of my profile settings not working for months. There is no other method to change where your Y!A emails are sent to.
