Naruto Merchandise creative commons/copyright?

I'm wondering what type of license the creator of Naruto has on the images. Such as the clan symbols and such.

Attribution, Noncommercial, No Derivative Works, and/or Share-alike?

I have searched http://www.copyright.gov/ and can't find anything about it.

Creative Commons is a way for a copyright holder to allow distribution of its copyrighted work for free, given certain restrictions. Obviously, there is no requirement that a copyright holder give away his/her work for free. So while some copyright holders will use a Creative Commons license for their works, many (probably most) other copyright holders want money for a license. Creative Commons is not applicable in this latter case.

Given the commercialism of Naruto characters, I'm sure Naruto does not want its copyrighted works given for free. So I doubt any of Naruto's copyrighted works are associated with a Creative Commons license.

By the way, the Copyright Office (www.copyright.gov) has nothing to do with Creative Commons. So searching the Copyright Office's website for Creative Commons information is useless. Usually, if a copyright holder associates his/her work with a Creative Commons license, the copyright holder will make it very clear (e.g., on the copyright holder's webpage) because the copyright holder will want his/her work widely distributed.
