If the perscription drugs are any kind of narcotic you risk problems even if you have a prescription with you. Otherwise it is no big deal and need not be declared. Just keep a copy of the prescription handy in case you are ever questioned.

Keep the meds in the original bottles, don't try to hide any meds or food and declare whatever is asked on the customs form. More than likely they customs officals will let you pass with them, panadol is nothing more than paracetamol and the noodles and biscuits are pretty harmless.

Even if those items do get held by customs they can be bought at any 7/11.

If you carry your meds in the original vials with the RX you will be fine. In Thailand health care is much easier than in the west. Most of your meds are probably available at any pharmacy without RX if you buy reasonable amounts. If you try to buy bigger quantities you could be targeted.

Most pharmicists will diagnose your problem & provide an RX.

One reason why I love Thailand so much is because of less red tape & as long as you don't try to abuse the system people will help you out. Also a doctors visit is very inexpensive there.

I agree with the others, you will not have problems with your medications.

You would really have to go out of your way NOT to find a place to eat at any time day or night.

Do not take a sandwich to a banquet. That would be like taking a knife to a gunfight.

Any unwrapped food items need to be declared, as well as some wrapped meats.

All drugs need to be declared, and some are not allowed.
